Deal List

1) Established Affiliate Marketing Agency through Media Buying

Revenue: $1,036,497
EBITDA: $362,741
Asking Price: $2,900,000

My Thoughts: This business is a goldmine for anyone with media buying experience or an interest in affiliate marketing. The real value here lies in the relationships and systems already in place to automate and optimize traffic acquisition. Given its long track record and solid profits, it seems like a stable operation with room to grow further by expanding into additional traffic networks or increasing the range of affiliate offers. I’d also explore whether they’re capitalizing on emerging platforms like TikTok or other native ad networks, which could bring in new revenue streams.

2) Nail Care Platform

Revenue: $518,000
EBITDA: $115,000
Asking Price: $150,000

My Thoughts: Nail care is a booming niche, and this brand is well-positioned to capitalize on it with an established customer base and consistent revenue stream. The fact that it's a well-known brand with high customer satisfaction adds to its appeal. Given the rise in at-home beauty trends, there’s plenty of growth potential here, especially with influencer partnerships and potentially expanding the product range. This could be a great opportunity for someone looking to tap into the beauty space without starting from scratch.

3) Pool Installation, Spas, Openings/Closings, Maintenance, Patio Furniture
Revenue: $3,628,233
EBITDA: $797,013
Asking Price: $2,550,000

My Thoughts: This business stands out for its long-established brand and diverse revenue streams—everything from pool installations to maintenance and patio furniture sales. The pool and spa industry is booming, especially as more people invest in backyard upgrades and home improvements. This business is well-positioned to capitalize on that trend. I'd want to dive into the customer base and any recurring revenue from maintenance contracts, as that could provide a stable foundation for future growth.

4) Luxury Watch eCommerce Store

Revenue: Not listed

EBITDA: $2,490/mo

Asking Price: $38,000

My Thoughts: This store has an average of 10,000 visitors per month, which is promising for anyone looking to enter the luxury watch market or as a potential add-on. The interesting part here is its online presence and traction in a growing industry, especially if you’re looking to scale through additional marketing strategies or inventory expansion.

5) 40-Year Established HVAC Business with Real Estate Available
Revenue: $2,134,295
EBITDA: $579,072
Asking Price: $1,600,000

My Thoughts: This HVAC business has been going strong for 40 years, which speaks to its reliability and brand presence in the local market. HVAC is a steady industry, with consistent demand for both residential and commercial services. The fact that real estate is also available makes this an even more interesting opportunity—owning the property can provide long-term stability and potentially reduce overhead.
